1. What are your hats made of?

Our hats are made of sinamay, veil (medium and large mesh), flowers made from silk, natural feathers (no bird was harmed).

           2. What sizes are your hats?

One size fits all. Some hats have wired rims inside and you can adjust it according to your size, just do it carefully.

           3. How can I check my own size?

You can use our chart to check you own size.

          4. How can I clip the hat to my hair?

With the help of a flange, wired rim or elastic head band.

         5. How do I look after my precious hat?

You should touch the hat and put it on only with clean hands, over clean hair.

         6. How do I store my masterpiece? 

Store the hat in a cardboard or a paper box in dry and dark conditions. Our hats are afraid of moisture. 

         7. How do I clean my hat?

Please never wash or dry-clean your hat, your beloved specimen will be ruined forever.

         8. Do you take orders?

Yes, but it’s a complicated process. Our hats are popular, and we have a lot of creative work, including new collections. It can take 3 months to complete your order. We require 50% advance payment (sorry, but this sum will not be refunded), we order materials and make your hat. After it’s done we make several photos on a mannequin and send photos to you, if you are satisfied, we ask for the remaining 50% payment plus postage and handling.

It is possible to order a hat in a color of choice or few changes in décor. Some sinamay colors and other unique materials need to be special ordered. Unfortunately it might take some time to receive them from overseas, we are a small company and cannot keep everything we need at hand all the time.
