All orders within the United States have a flat shipping rate of $20.

Your order will be packed in an elegant cardboard box, which you can use to store your hat in.

Standard ground shipping orders have an estimated delivery time of 4-9 business days.  These shipping windows may be extended due to public holidays.

Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking info.

Please allow up to 1 day for tracking info to update.

Edis Millinery products are all final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange. Each piece is carefully crafted, handmade and unique.

Edis Millinery is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or orders that may get lost in the post or stolen once sent and/or delivered, that is out of our control.

Make sure to check the shipping address carefully.  Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by post, will be returned to us.

In case you still want to receive the package, you will have to pay for a new shipping label.
